Last Saturday Jaclyn, Sara and I took the big girls to see the theatre production of The Little Mermaid at the Hale Theatre in Gilbert. The girls REALLY enjoyed it. And, we thought it was pretty good, too....cheezy costumes aside. We started the morning at the Farm House for breakfast where Lauren got a giant Mickey Mouse pancake after eating packets of jelly, Audrey ate half of a slab of bacon, and the moms enjoyed a mimosa. It was super hot AND humid (25% humidity on top of 110 degrees in Arizona is gross...trust me). However, Lauren insisted on wearing her long Little Mermaid dress on top of the dress she had on. She looked beautiful though.
The show itself was about an hour and a half long with a 10 minute intermission. But, the girls were kept entertained by the singing and dancing the whole time.
Packets of jelly for Lauren.
I was trying to get a picture of Tatum getting milk all over herself. But, ended up with a cute profile shot.

They started out in their seats. Ended up in our laps.
The girls got to chat with the star of the show.
