So, yesterday marked the first official day of the 2010 Hawkeye football season. And, the Malone family are BIG fans of this BIG TEN team. And, lucky for us, so are our friends, the Brown family! Dennis was back in Iowa during this big event. So, the girls and I went over to the Brown’s house and had breakfast and watched the game all decked out in our Hawkeye attire. The Hawkeyes defeated Eastern Illinois 37-7. Good start to the season! The girls, played, of course. So, these pictures are pretty much dedicated to them. But, GO HAWKS!!

Later in the evening, we went to the Locke house for a yummy rib dinner! We all had so much fun! Here’s a video of the girls playing ring-around-the-rosie.
